Your responsibility is to make our German players happy, by answering inbound emails and Facebook messages. You help them with any product/service questions, solve problems or issues and ensure that our players receive top class customer care. Additionally you will participate in community forms, presenting new features, discussing bugs and resolving issues there.

Required skills and experience

  • Ideally some work experience in customer service.
  • You speak excellent German and at least good English.
  • Knowledge of additional wooga languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese) a plus.
  • Service-oriented attitude, strong customer focus.
  • Good communication skills, strong writer.
  • Good IT and internet skills.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Ability to solve problems, quality awareness, communicate clearly.
  • A mild gaming addiction would be perfect!
