UX Lead (m/f) // Raisin

Your Responsibilities 

As UX Lead (m/f) at Raisin you are responsible for leading our UX/UI team to deliver a unique user experience. At the same time, you love working hands-on and enjoy day-to-day design jobs. Furthermore, your responsibilities include the following points:

  • Inspiring and motivating the UX/UI team to create solutions that will be joyfully used by our customers
  • Together with the team turning broad conceptual ideas into shippable products
  • Developing and being accountable for the UX strategy that brings our vision even further
  • Pushing the boundaries of the UX and the design of our product
  • Bringing in new ideas and challenges as well as identifying strategic opportunities for improvements
  • Driving innovation into the product as well as the team
  • Developing UX concepts, User Workflows and Wire Frames (starting from low fidelity to high fidelity)
  • Providing design guidance and being a sparring partner to our marketing team
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, such as product owners, business intelligence and the management team
  • Be the responsible contact regarding all UX issues

Your Profile 

  • 6+ years of experience in the fields of UX and Interaction ideally within an e-commerce environment as well in fast-paced environments such as startups or digital agencies
  • Hands on approach is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design or related field
  • Experience in leading a design team in an agile environment
  • Strong experience with UX techniques such as card sorting, journey mapping, heuristic review, use cases, …
  • Experience in Service Design Thinking processes and tools (e.g., Google Design Sprints)
  • Great understanding of all disciplines of UX and UI (e.g., IA, User Flows, Wire Framing, Prototyping and Visual Design)
  • Know-how in the Field of Research: Interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results
  • Knowledge of how to interpret Analytics and A/B Tests into opportunities for improvements
  • Expert in common tools like Sketch, Axure, Adobe Products
  • Understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Strong Experience in responsive Web Design and App Design
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
