What you bring in:

  • 5+ years practical experience in a relevant development language
  • Proven experience in determining coding languages and making infrastructural decisions
  • Worked in cross-functional, agile teams closely together with designers and POs
  • High curiosity in new technologies and devices (Smartwatches, Home Devices, …)
  • 2+ years experience in leading a permanent team of at least 5 employees incl. recruitment, negotiations, organizational structure and education
  • No god-complex, you believe education and guidance brings people to full strength
  • You have basics understanding on the economics and financials of a business
  • Ambitious, goal-driven, can do attitude, reliable and an honest communicator
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in security, fraud protection and investor relations
