- Assisting the lead developer in taking design concepts from start to finish
- Implementing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery codes on our existing platform

Your key tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Assisting the lead developer in taking design concepts from start to finish
- Implementing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery codes on our existing platform
- Working with the design and online marketing teams on various projects related to the optimisation of our current site as well as to other marketing efforts
Desired skills & experience:
- HTML, XHTML, HTML5
- jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript
- CSS, CSS3, W3C standards
- Smarty Template Engine
- Responsive / fluid website coding
- Understanding of LAMP, coding standards
Your profile:
- 1-3 years front-end web application development experience (ideally for e-commerce)
- Preferably university degree in computer science related studies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently
- Flexible, innovative and team oriented
- Fluent in English
