About this position
- You may pitch an idea and then implement it a few days later or spec out a feature in the morning and push your code to production in the evening
- You are not locked into a certain language or framework — you thrive off of picking up new technology and just want to build a smart product
- You have excellent full-stack capabilities and are not afraid to jump between writing migrations, pushing open source projects or writing delightful code
- You feel like all your years of software development experience have been preparing you for something great and you’re hungry enough to take the leap
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years experience developing code in PHP5 (OO) and mySQL
- Experience with APIs and integrations to 3rd party systems
- Experience with agile development methods
- Knowledge or aptitude for emerging technologies and platforms including mobile (HTML 5, iOS, Android)
- Understanding of coding issues related to user interface (UI) design and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Experience integrating ad serving technology, social media, search engine marketing (SEM) and lead generation tools into a core CMS platform
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time salaried position located in Berlin’s startup epicenter Mitte.
