Skills

  • Solid experience in general HR positions, preferably in a startup environment
  • You care for the team you work with, making sure that they are spending time in a motivating environment
  • You have experience in technical recruiting
  • You know how to discuss and help people that are approaching you
  • You worked in start-up atmosphere before – with a company of 40-50 people, heavily focused on tech and idealy you have experience with remote workers
  • You are business fluent in both German and English

Responsibilities

  • Conducting feedback talks with the team and make sure they are happy and motivated
  • Managing all daily HR related issues and administrating our HR Tool (Personio)
  • Being responsible for recruitment and handling outsourcing recruitment companies
  • Creating contracts for new employees and freelancers
  • Helping us to keep the excellent office atmosphere and make it even better
  • Keeping track of the payroll
