Customer Happiness / CRM Intern (m/w) //

We are looking for an inspiring, engaged and motivated new member of our customer success team. You gained first experiences with social media and copywriting and have the vision to change the future of learning. Your mission will be to build and execute on CRM strategies to market the learning experience to millions of people anytime, anywhere. Creating inspiring and motivating answers to raised questions around our instructors and programs will be a relevant part of the job. Hence, past experience with any customers and/or any writing experience would be beneficial. You will work in a cross-functional international team to deliver high quality, outstandingly inspiring feedback on social media. You will directly report to our Head of Customer Happiness and be responsible for our CRM channels. Thus, you can also be creative and instantly execute the ideas you have.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop a CRM strategy for effective and efficient customer satisfaction
  • Manage our programs
  • Conduct interviews with highly successful social media influencers and customers to find out their success secrets
  • Write success stories and testimonial stories
  • Find more growth hacks to increase our social reach

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Profound writing skills in English
  • Business Studies or studies in a field that builds writing skills
  • Advanced knowledge (usage) of different social media channels
  • Hard working attitude with an eagerness to learn and self-teach
  • Independent and self-motivated workstyle
  • Experience in Social Media or CRM would be a clear benefit
