Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and support Finance department on a daily basis:
    • Cost and revenue tracking
    • Financial analysis, accounting practices and monthly reports
    • Creation of internal reports, reports for business assessments as well as investors
  • Support the implementation of a warehouse management system
  • Provide help for the office administration and management tasks
  • Contribute own ideas and work closely with different business units


Requirements:

  • Top university / Business School, preferably with a focus on business administration or business informatics
  • Previous work experience, preferably in Finance, Business Intelligence or Controlling etc.
  • Only end of Bachelor degree students; Master or MBA students are very much preferred
  • Very strong analytical and number skills, high detail-orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English and a team player
  • Basic understanding of German language is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a very strong plus
  • Availability of at least 3+ months
