(Junior) Business Development & Sales // Your Superfoods

WHO WE ARE

We are a young, fun and fast-moving start-up based Berlin (and LA) that is determined to make a difference in the world. Our mission is to make healthy eating easier by providing natural, organic and delicious products. After closing our Seed financing round ($1.5M) we are looking to scale our brand in both EU / US. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success story. You will be responsible to increase offline/online sales and branch out to new sales channels and categories.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquisition and build up of new strategic key accounts
  • Developing sales campaigns and ideas to increase revenues in collaboration with marketing department
  • Controlling and optimizing of all sales relevant KPIs
  • Definition and preparation of all relevant materials (Order sheets, presentations, etc.)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Good business sense and previous business development experience (0-2 years) in lifestyle, food or other organic products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ready to do whatever it takes to get things done
  • Fluent in English
