Since its founding in 2007, the company has grown to become the market leader in app based language learning. In 2017 we added our offering for Business Customers. In total, Babbel offers 14 learning languages, from English to Indonesian. Professional courses are steadily available via the Babbel website as well as on your smartphone or tablet. At Babbel more than 450 team members from over 36 different countries work hard to set standards for creating a new learning experience.

Our newly created B2B team is looking for a Working Student to help us provide easy access to language learning for every employee from the factory floor to the corner office!

Your mission as a Working Student will be to support the B2B Team throughout the entire sales process by identifying potential high-revenue customers, assisting with the creation of sales materials, and providing administrative support in accounting and customer lifecycle management.

You will:

  • Provide operational support, e.g. creating Sales Presentations, Reporting (internal and external)
  • Lead Qualification, Accounting and Invoicing
  • Lead your own sales projects, e.g. market research and analysis
  • Maintain and ensure quality of contact information in the leads database
  • Act as point of contact for inbound telephone enquiries if required

You have:

  • You already have your first working experience, ideally in sales or account management
  • An interest in digital / blended learning
  • Empathy for our customers (mostly HR or C-Level)
  • You have an eye for detail and are process oriented
  • You have a hands-on and proactive attitude and want to grow your skills and responsibilities
  • You have very good language skills in both English and German
