Marley Spoon is bringing delightful, market fresh, and easy cooking back to the people. We are looking for a communications expert for our small, international customer service team. If you are fluent in Dutch and you are passionate about customer communication and engagement, we are looking for you!

We use technology to re-invent the global food supply chain to reduce unethical food waste and connect consumers with quality producers faster to provide fresher food. In order to achieve this, we are solving challenging problems in taste profiling, behavior prediction and real-time logistics. We need you to help us with that.

In the end, though, it’s simple: we started Marley Spoon because we love cooking and we love eating.

Your job:

  • You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers
  • You will be part of a global customer communication team
  • You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media
  • You help to build up our proactive customer care environment
  • You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting

This is you:

  • You are passionate about food
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You speak Dutch at a native level
  • You have business proficiency in English
  • You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
  • You have good writing skills
  • You are hands-on, and have attention to detail
  • You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
