What is Marley Spoon? We bring delightful, market-fresh, and easy cooking back to the people. Our chefs create inspiring and mouthwatering recipes every week. Our customers select what they would like to cook and we deliver the recipes and all the ingredients they need. We are a growing business across 3 continents, 6 countries, + 500 employees and use technology to re-invent the global food supply chain to reduce unethical food waste.

Responsibilities

  • Read and analyse data to identify growth opportunities, both in acquisition and retention efforts
  • Take ownership of company-wide projects and manage them from planning to implementation
  • Define action plans and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure execution
  • Involve relevant stakeholders and communicate milestones transparently
  • Engage with external partners to find new growth opportunities and revenue channels
  • Define clear KPIs for all your activities and set yourself ambitious goals
  • Continuously optimise your activities based on the data you gather
  • Set up and document processes to efficiently coordinate with other functions
  • Work directly with the CMO with exposure to the rest of the senior management team

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Growth Manager, Business Developer or Project Manager within Marketing or Product, ideally in a start-up environment
  • You are agile and have a get-things-done attitude
  • You love digging into data and identifying the next big opportunity
  • You don’t just analyse but always know what to do next to act on your findings
  • You don’t mind juggling several topics simultaneously
  • You are fluent in English
  • You like to eat, cook, or both!
