In-House Creative Strategist // Asana Rebel

You’re a natural storyteller who easily comes up with fantastic campaign ideas. As our In-House Creative Strategist you’ll be the link between the business and creative side of advertising, thus acting as a media planner, creative director and copywriter at once. Being the number one contact person for in-house media buyers and performance marketers, you’ll represent the Asana Rebel brand at its best. If you are also experienced in leading and inspiring a creative team, you are exactly who we are looking for.


  • Have an inspiring vision for the brand, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed
  • Create campaign briefs and visual mock-ups
  • “Bring the creative out” of other members of the team
  • Work closely with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure high quality ad productions
  • Work with in-house video editors to create video ads that deliver results
  • Partner with Creative Agencies to deliver inspirational advertising campaigns
  • Become an expert in the different mobile ad formats and how each format can support different business objectives
  • Fully absorb and understand the Asana Rebel brand and help shape it
  • Be a storyteller – but one that likes to sell stuff
  • (We’re in the business of selling subscriptions!)


  • Experience as an art director/creative director, either with a creative agency, an in-house creative team or from a non-traditional content creator
  • Storytelling, and visual communications skills
  • Experience with (global) lifestyle and/or Health&Fitness brands
  • Entrepreneurial. This is not a fixed role that will stay the same over years. It is expected that you find the role and tasks where you can bring most value
  • Drive for agility, breaking the mold, reinventing new ways of working and moving fast
  • Experience with products of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects Photoshop etc)
  • Fluent in English
