International University Manager // AMBOSS

AMBOSS was built with the vision of empowering global healthcare, and our program has revolutionized medical education in Europe since its launch. Having grown to an international team of over 100 full-time employees and having received a great response after rolling out our English version in the US and other countries worldwide, we are now focusing on expanding our presence – and we need your help! As our International University Manager you are our expert for university partnerships and business development and you will be working at the crossroads of marketing, communications and sales. You will be interacting directly with universities from across the world and support the development of our growing market by analyzing, designing and implementing new processes to reach more universities and medical schools.

YOUR JOB

  • You are responsible for our partnerships with international universities and our B2B partnerships with medical schools
  • Design and implement a strategic plan to expand AMBOSS’ presence in universities and medical schools around the world
  • Develop an understanding of university interests and objectives, and develop ways to innovate university curricula through AMBOSS
  • Communicate with universities and personalize the offer to their needs and expectations
  • You support the implementation of campus licenses in universities, prepare presentations and analyze the usage

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a combination of experiences in health or medicine and business development or sales
  • 2 years+ professional work experience in communication & project management
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for permanent improvements, presentation and workshop skills
  • You can offer high organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to work independently and a professional way to communicate
  • Creative thinker who values accountability and goal-setting
  • Willingness to travel (30 – 40%) and attend conferences
  • You have an outgoing, open-minded and energetic personality together with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent English communication skills and other languages are a plus
