Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager // Splash

Splash is working on a new Augmented Reality app for teens that uses propriety technology to turn any video you watch or capture into your own playground. We are making passive video consumption an active, fun activity to do either alone or with friends.


  • Devise, manage, and implement overarching user acquisition and activation strategy.
  • Identify and target channels to drive installs and video creations using a data-driven approach, with an early focus on organics.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with an audience of teen users, creators and influencers.
  • Collect and present feedback from the community and content partners to management and the Product team.
  • Evangelise for the company at industry events.


  • Two years plus experience devising and executing digital marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrable results driving growth on past projects.
  • Sound knowledge of User Acquisition, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Blogging, Go-To-Market Strategies.

Experience working with influencers, content creators, social media personalities, artists and/or musicians.


  • Tremendous English copy writing skills.
  • German written fluency.
  • Experience with creative growth hacking.
  • Experience working on products for a teen audience, particularly for the US.
