Performance Marketing Manager // The Impossible Project

June 13, 2017
INSTANT PHOTOGRAPHY. REINVENTED. Impossible makes fresh instant film for classic Polaroid® cameras – we’re the only people in the world that still do so. We do it because we believe in making real, unique photos that develop in the palm of your hand. In May 2016 we launched the I-1, our first instant camera, which reinvents instant photography for the digital age. Achieving the impossible is built into our DNA, and has been ever since we rescued the last Polaroid® factory in 2008, days before it closed down. By now we’ve transformed from a hopeful startup into a dynamic international company with offices in Berlin, New York and Beijing. We couldn’t have done it without persistence, creative thinking and attention to detail – qualities we look for in every new member of our team. We invite the brightest and best to apply with us, as we embark on our exciting next phase, introducing even more innovative cameras and films that show the world what makes instant photography so special, and meaningful, now more than ever.

Impossible is hiring our first performance marketing specialist. We’re looking for an accomplished and resourceful team member with at least 5 years’ experience in ecommerce, preferably having worked with lifestyle products and/or consumer electronics.

The role is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, directly impact our daily operations, and help take Impossible to the next level. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a full spectrum paid marketing strategy in support of significant brand growth and acquisition goals, so we’re looking for a confident, bright and energetic self-starter. Very strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
