Senior Manager Global Marketing Operations (m/f) for AppLift // AppLift

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting framework to Global Marketing organization and roll out respective processes
  • Closely liaise with Sales Operations in order to ensure implementation of systems/tools/processes that fulfill Marketing needs (e.g. funnel management, lead qualification/management)
  • Coordinate, integrate and synchronize roll-out of Marketing related Campaigns
  • Define and implement success criteria and metrics for Marketing campaigns
  • Consolidate market inputs (e.g. win/loss data) to standardized dashboards and added value information
  • Establishing and managing marketing automation tools as process enablers
  • Define and measure impact of marketing activities and determine the return on investment
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team in installing and measuring customer satisfaction metrics that allow inferences on customer loyalty and churn
  • Support the VP Marketing in the strategic planning process
  • Maintain market segmentation view on an ongoing basis
  • Support Marketing Communication plan and initiatives, in coordination with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing from a process and data consolidation perspective
  • Conceptualize on buyer’s journey and multi-channel customer touch points from a process and data consolidation perspective
  • Conduct and interpret comprehensive KPIs analysis and make recommendations to the VP Marketing and others
  • Disseminate marketing best practices to regional teams in order to optimise a one-AppLift approach to markets and customers

Our Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, industrial engineering, operations, marketing or equivalent professional certification
  • 5 years of professional experience in the field of B2B Marketing, business intelligence, operations management or comparable MBA or Master’s degree in marketing (not marketing communication)
  • Experience in high tech environments
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Marketo, salesforce.com)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated process-driven orientation and execution focus
  • Analytical mindset and ability to structure and simplify complexity
  • Ability to influence across functions and geographies
  • Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional business issues
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Prepared to travel internationally
