Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f) // Wargaming

Responsibilities:

  • Through your expert understanding of our products and our customers, partner with a variety of cross-functional partners to produce publishing plans focusing on player acquisition, engagement, reacquisition and monetization for each region
  • Coordinate and work closely with the product marketing managers embedded in the studios to define and drive the marketing vision and product positioning for new games.
  • Define and be accountable for the product go to market strategy with a multi-channel timeline and marketing content plan in collaboration with UA, PR, Community, Player Experience and Marketing Creative Services.
  • Identify value proposition and key messages, write creative briefs for internal or external agencies to ensure we produce best-in-class creative assets, which are consistent across all channels and resonate with our players
  • Research, collect and communicate internally audience and competitive market research in close collaboration with the Consumer Insights team through
  • Drive the creation of store assets and drive app store optimization efforts through the setup of A/B tests
  • Support User Acquisition managers with brand and product guidelines and collaborate in creating and optimizing ad creatives
  • Based on the product’s development roadmap and market trends, identify opportunities for growth and drive special campaigns to increase the product exposure and increase of organic new users

Your profile:

  • 5+  years experience in product marketing for consumer products, preferably in games
  • Passion for core & mid-core mobile games
  • Highly organized + strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid understanding of online advertising platforms and related metrics
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of mobile free-to-play games
  • Strong creative skills, including the ability to generate and sell new campaign ideas
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate and interface with a wide range of partners both internally and externally (both domestic and international)
  • Strong organization skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience in mobile game marketing
  • Experience working with CIS/Russian company culture
