We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Team in Berlin!

As a Marketing Team Coordinator, your mission will be to take the role of the departmental organisation expert  and driver of team on-boarding and process driven initiatives to our Marketing team of about 100 people. You will be reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant and work closely with the Marketing Leadership Team, Company Team Coordinators, Office Management, IT Support, Finance, HR  and Communications teams.

You will:

  • Be responsible for planning and managing Marketing external and internal events (Marketing Day offsites, Onboarding sessions, Marketing education sessions, team building events and meetups) and follow up on results
  • Build a positive work environment, foster cohesiveness in the team and ensure the efficient running of the marketing floor space
  • Provide administrative guidance to the team on the various operational processes in place (Finance, Office Management, IT support, HR, Communications)
  • Develop efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new departmental processes
  • Work closely with the other team coordinators and our internal stakeholders on cross-departmental projects
  • Document and maintain team knowledge and share relevant information when needed (minutes, confluence, surveys).
  • Create and manage written (English) content for our department internal newsletter
  • Proactively identify industry trends on the administrative front

You are:

  • A strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent organisation , project management skills and proficiency in English and conversational German
  • An energetic self-starter who has an eye for detail and able to proactively drive various projects
  • Not afraid to say no to things, however always offer an alternative solution

You have:

  • 2+ years work experience as an administrative coordinator, backed by event management expertise in a fast-paced environment
  • A get things done, with a go-getter attitude and a hands-on mentality
  • Experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency, with the ability to influence people to learn new tools and technologies
  • Proven creative problem-solving history, with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment driven by deadlines
  • Proficient computer literacy proven through work experience in Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Keynote and Project Management tools
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
