We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to train agents on how to best help our customers have amazing travel experiences.

What you will do:

  • Identify training and development needs within the Customer Service (CS) department and design training programs accordingly
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to communicate new procedures
  • Train the newbies to become strong CS representatives (this includes our outsourced representatives)
  • Constantly revise and reassess training modules and amend them based on the changing requests
  • Work closely with the quality and specialist teams to identify current issues
  • Communicate with other departments (Sales; App Team; Finance; HR) ensuring awareness of any procedural changes

Who you are:

  • You have at least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • You are a talented speaker who has a natural ability to influence and inspire others
  • You have the ability to create effective and clear presentations
  • You manage training projects efficiently
  • You have a keen eye for quality standards
  • You are customer-centric and able to transmit this value to our newbies
  • You embrace change and proactively look for new solutions
  • Your behaviours reflect our core values
