Customer Success Operations Manager – French native (f/m) // uberall

As Customer Service Manager (f/m) you directly communicate with our international B2B enterprise customers, sales partners and resellers. You provide companies with important product and service information and support any technical and substantive problems. In this role the successful candidate will interact with customers, sales staff and product managers. You will use your service skills to address customer concerns and issues. Working closely with the product team you identify meaningful solution enhancements in order to continuously improve the product and strengthen existing customer relationships.   • Regular communication with our international business customers to convey the full potential of our SaaS solution and the successful use of
  • Create customer accounts, master data management, technical management and quality management
  • Inform customers about uberall updates and analyse, support and solve customer-specific requests
  • Advise on technical, commercial and process-oriented questions via phone, e-mail or chat
  • Invoicing and Feedback Management
  • Revision and optimisation of internal Customer Service processes

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or university degree
  • Experience in international B2B account management or customer service, ideally in online marketing, e-commerce or IT
  • You love proactive customer service, demonstrate a high customer service mentality, are quick learner, durable, flexible, prioritise well and are highly organised
  • Furthermore you associate with a very high technical affinity and are able to easily understand complex issues
  • You are open minded, friendly, have high communication and skills coupled with a rapid solution implementation, you ensure high customer satisfaction
  • You speak French on a native or business fluent level, additionally English and /or German would be a great plus
