Customer Support Manager // 8fit

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager with startup experience. You will be responsible for the happiness of our users. Whatever problem a user might have, you are here to help and solve the problem as good as possible for them. We are growing fast and need to keep up with our customer support in English. Our goal is to offer timely responses and have an outstanding customer support experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support for the English market (German is a plus)
  • Help to improve processes and structure to accommodate our fast growth
  • Make users happy and answer each inquiry to the best of your ability
  • Inform the team about problems of our users

Your profile:

  • Experience with customer support in a startup environment
  • Solution-oriented person who enjoys making people happy
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Reliable person and ready to work in a high-growth environment
  • Bonus for knowledge about fitness and nutrition
