  • As a French customer care agent, you will be the first point of contact with our French clients post-sales
  • You will provide our customers with all the information they require, by e-mail and telephone
  • You will be responsible for ensuring successful, clear communication between the customer and Move 24
  • You will maintain customer data and detailed data for specific orders by working extensively with Salesforce
  • You will be in charge of ensuring effective contact with our Sales department
  • You will be working with issues that will need problem-solving and in-depth analysis on a daily basis


  • You have a hands-on mentality and always put the customer first
  • Ideally you have worked in a customer service environment
  • You communicate effectively at all levels, are ambitious and highly motivated
  • You ideally have experience in a startup setting and can offer strong analytical skills
  • Confident in IT skills, knowledge with Salesforce a plus
  • French is on a native level and good level of English
  • Excellent communication and confidence in solving challenging situations
  • You can work independently and with tight deadlines
