Head of Client Success (m/f) // Productsup

We are looking for a dedicated Head of Client Success (m/f) to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Berlin. In your role, you will manage and grow our Account Management team to ensure excellent customer relationships across all markets.

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing all long term customer support activities and monitoring operational efficiency to ensure consistent high quality of client support and customer success
  • Driving customer retention and maintaining client engagement
  • Working closely and ensuring high quality communication with other related departments, such as prioritizing client feature requests together with IT
  • Lead, mentor, support and inspire a highly motivated team of Account Management professionals by creating a culture of success and achievement
  • Coordinate Q&A of platform changes and platform releases
  • Participate in industry trade events and other marketing initiatives

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years of working history in Customer Success Management and/or Account Management, managing top tier/key customer relationships
  • Experience in the SaaS, E-Commerce or Tech industry (ideally product data or feed related), a genuine passion for IT-related topics, and the willingness to become an expert in our platform
  • A passion for building and nurturing long-term client satisfaction, and an inner urge to deliver outstanding service and results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, full working proficiency in both German and English is a must
  • Highly structured and proactive working methods, strong prioritization skills, and the willingness to take initiative and leadership
  • Proven Experience in leading and growing a team of 5-10 people is an advantage
