We’re looking for a motivated and driven Head of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (m/f), that will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next skill level, and have the most direct influence on our success. Talent Acquisition at HeyJobs is critical to our overall success and your team is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring talent against a high bar for fit with our core values and potential to perform.

Your profile:

  • Could this be your next step? The Head of Talent Acquisition position is a highly demanding and fast paced role that requires a strong multitasker with excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • You have excellent recruiting knowledge and proven track record in winning the best tech talent
  • You have extended knowledge in setting up and improving sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • You feel comfortable in working in a high-growth tech company and have previous experience in leading a team
  • Your are curious about sourcing strategies and knowledgeable about industry trends
  • You have a strong willingness to work hands-on to deeply understand a problem
  • You are a self-starter and you get things done
  • You speak English fluently and German is a plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic headcount planning & recruiting strategy planning alongside business owners
  • Orchestrate a best-in-class candidate journey from first contact to first day with support from all of us
  • Further development of our evaluation & assessment processes to make sure we keep our high hiring bar
  • Creation of a creative and efficient active sourcing strategy and coaching of your team to succeed
  • Strategically work on our position as an employer brand to position ourselves as a magnet for talent
  • Win key talent through personality and passion for the HeyJobs brand
