A group of experienced Fintech founders (e.g. Kreditech and top tier investors Point9 Capital, Fly Ventures; DN Capital) are building the next level of SME lending. The vision is to become the leading European tech company to provide innovative credit products to small businesses and freelancers by pre financing open invoices that get paid in 1 to 3 months. We have developed a fully automated algorithm and processes together with a partner bank and are currently raising a large financing round to grow internationally throughout Europe. Your Responsibilities

  • You are the voice of Finiata and will be supporting our customers in all matters to ensure highest satisfaction
  • Via phone, mail and all other possible communication channels you will quickly and effectively solve all relevant issues for the German market
  • You decide about the solutions and answers, to improve the Finiata experience; for this purpose, you communicate with all company departments to deliver the best possible
  • You contribute to development/improvement of your department and the internal processes through customer feedback

Your Skills

  • You have strong communication skills, a great feeling for the needs and concerns of people and you love to support your customers
  • You are acting fast and know best how to solve issues being addressed to you
  • You are a quick-learner
  • You are flexible and can easily adapt to new situations and requirements
  • You are working structured and solution-oriented and
  • You have interest in the field of credit risk/factoring
  • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • You are native German and fluent in English
