Junior Manager HR/Recruiting (m/f) // Mimi Hearing Technologies

We are looking for a Junior Manager HR/Recruiting (m/f) as a full-time position for our office in Berlin. We need help growing and nurturing our team so that we can continue building the standard for personalized sound, making it accessible to everybody worldwide. For you that means you’ll proactively manage the recruitment process for dedicated positions and take over responsibility for HR Administration as well as the On- and Offboarding process.

As our Junior Manager HR/Recruiting you will:

  • Support the recruitment process by creating and revising job descriptions as well as taking part in candidate screening; conducting and organizing interviews with candidates
  • Be in charge of the onboarding of new employees, which includes preparing their work spaces, sending out all necessary onboarding information, informing the team of a new employee’s arrival, and facilitating a smooth transition into Mimi
  • Support our international employees with German paperwork, visas, registrations, and other bureaucracy
  • Be the first point of contact for our employees and support them in all HR issues
  • Manage and execute administrative tasks such as contract preparation, writing employment certificates and offboarding
  • Maintain our internal HR databases as well as general tools and accounts

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of German labor regulations and laws
  • Hands-on mentality with strong organisational skills
  • Team-oriented attitude, willingness to pitch in and help out whenever needed
  • High level of comfort working in a developing, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
