Wanted: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, data-driven person ready to embark on a new markets adventure. You’ll be responsible for designing, guiding and implementing an expansion strategy and generating ideas that put customers first while winning in the competitive global market. We are seeking a Regional Managers to lead Namecheap’s expansion efforts in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head of New Markets in preparation phase of new markets expansion
  • Assist in the setup of customer service hubs to support new markets
  • Gather and analyse data to guide new markets launch strategy, including prioritisation of markets
  • Establish local network of communities, partners, affiliates and agencies to aid in New Markets expansion
  • Assist recruiting to support New Markets expansion
  • Provide stakeholder feedback and guidance to all teams including, but not limited to, Legal, Marketing, Business Development and Product, working on new markets preparation
  • In preparation phase, you will lead research and planning efforts, prioritisation of markets, PR and outreach efforts
  • In launch phase, you will work with PMO to guide, monitor and review locale launches, particularly product/engineering launches and marketing efforts
  • In growth phase, you will use research and data to drive and guide New Markets growth work for their region eventually hiring a team to support focused regional efforts

  • You have 4+ years working in technology or web industries and/or
  • You have a proven track record of driving, implementing and reporting on projects and/or
  • You have experience with data analysis and reporting tools and/or
  • You have detailed and in-depth cultural and market knowledge of target regions and/or

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Additional Work Experience

  • Experience in domain, hosting, web publishing communities / industries
  • In-region marketing or agency experience
  • PR, social media campaign experience
