Senior Account Manager – Demand Client Services (Russian speaking) // Fyber

Fyber is looking for an experienced UA Specialist – Demand Account Manager to join its Berlin based demand side team and work on the EMEA and Russian market. We power the Fyber Exchange. Our mission is to connect our publishers to partners that can drive demand for their mobile audiences. We work closely with app developers, ad networks and direct advertisers to balance supply and demand in our marketplace.

Your Role:

  • Hands on create, manage and optimize your Client’s campaigns, main focus on Apps User Acquisition
  • Internal reporting and auditing as well as optimization of campaign’s performance
  • Regular evaluation of client expectations/requirements and market opportunities to assist Fyber in EMEA developing markets with leading products and services (upselling, cross-selling)
  • Aggregate and develop Fyber’s knowledge base on Mobile UA and sharing methodologies and practices with peers
  • Represent Fyber at local events, trade shows or client visits

Your Skills:

  • 2+ years of work experience in account management, user acquisition with emphasis on mobile apps, ideally gaming
  • You have already developed a strong network in the mobile advertising industry with focus on East EMEA markets and/or have managed UA campaigns on leading Mobile SSPs.
  • You are familiar with Mobile Apps user acquisition and the common KPIs, and feel comfortable in an analytical and data driven environment
  • You are able to build long-term and trustful client relationships with high serviceability
  • You are proactive, self-efficient and driven by solution finding
  • You are fluent in English and Russian
  • You are truly a team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
