As a Senior Customer Success Manager – French Native (m/f), you are the most important contact to our customer. You define and implement individual success strategies with the goal of the highest customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you support our partners in generating the optimum benefit from the collaboration in all regards, thereby ensuring the business success which is targeted by our cooperation.

Your duties:

  • You are a visionary and know how to use this ability profitably for the benefit of our customers. You also enjoy sharing, discussing and positioning your vision with other departments as well as to thereby develop sustainable, optimised or new product features with IT. You accompany this process persistently and with conviction to the end
  • You design, define and implement standards for the continuous optimisation of our departmental and interdisciplinary processes
  • You identify industry-specific success strategies, approaches and action plans, continually improving the department’s processes and performance as a result
  • You are responsible for the strategic positioning and implementation of our product with the customer
  • You identify customer-specific goals and wishes and, based on them, develop customised, optimal solutions for the use and application of our product
  • You are always close to the customer, continuously identifying individual optimisation potential, developing concepts for its implementation and implementing them in cooperation with the customer
  • You are always one step ahead of the customer, know his performance KPIs, anticipate his next step, express his wish before he knows it himself and are his constant companion and first contact in all matters
  • You are the first problem solver, accompany our customers, never leave them alone at different levels of escalation, and define measures and solutions with them. It is important to you to solve a problem for the customer sustainably and optimally
  • You are satisfied in the evenings when you have managed to help our customers use and apply our product profitably

Your profile:

  • Academic degree, preferably with a focus related to economics or IT, but other courses of studies are also possible
  • At least five years of professional experience in consulting, (key) account management, sales or a comparable role with intensive customer contact at the decision-making level with enterprise customers
  • Ideally, software and/or start-up background (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.)
  • You are very analytical, tech-savvy, have very good Excel skills and, ideally, knowledge of SEO
  • You understand the ecosystem and the interests of your customers, based upon which you can deduce service strategies and establish processes
  • You work in a very structured and forward-looking manner, keep the overview in sight, are attentive and do not let anything disturb you
  • You can prioritise in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible
  • In addition to a strong service-oriented approach, you have a high degree of communicative skill, sales talent, high-quality consulting skills as well as innovative entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in German or English
