Senior Online Marketing Analyst (f/m) // Highsnobiety

We are looking for an experienced Senior Online Marketing Analyst to join our Audience Development team. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and creative team environment.

  • Help build and execute strategy for how Highsnobiety identifies, prioritizes, and reaches loyal segments of readers
  • Drive growth through O&O (i.e. direct and email), social and search
  • Serve as an internal expert on all data around Highsnobiety’s readership and create reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders on performance against strategy
  • Define and execute paid media strategy for priority editorial projects — like podcasts, video series or new editorial product launches
  • Help develop and execute creative campaigns to build long-term, loyal relationships with users
  • Identify new partnership or syndication opportunities to build audience
  • Work closely with our editorial, product and commerce team to drive audience goals


  • Self starter with +3 years of experience in digital media preferably in a data analysis or audience development role
  • Analytical background and experience of handling large data sets
  • Deep knowledge and intuition for what breaks through online
  • Experience with web analytics, social analytics and SEO
  • Open and direct communicator
  • Strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents and understanding of popular culture, fashion and music content
  • Additional experience in the E-Commerce sector is a distinct advantage, though not essential
