Service Desk Specialist // market logic

The Market Logic Technology team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Information Service Desk Specialist to work full time in our Berlin-based offices in Kurfürstendamm.

About the position:

  • Full-time position as Service Desk Specialist
  • Together with a growing team, contribute to delivering world class support to enterprise customer
  • Understand end user’s questions and issues and help to convey them to internal teams and follow the procedures in place
  • Drive customer issues, complaints, feedback and questions to closure efficiently and effectively

Your tasks:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing end users and customers
  • Answering inquiries, give help, support and advice utilizing existing Service Desk tools
  • Responsible for communication across all channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Collect end user issue details and feedback accurately and redirect to relevant internal teams
  • Work with internal and external standards and guidelines
  • Provide support with administrative tasks on a regular basis
  • Continuously prepare and submit accurate reports on customer support metrics

Requirements:

  • You are ready to undertake shifts and work under pressure to achieve 24×7 support
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and preferably another European language
  • You possess analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Experience with Service Desk tools is a plus
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy direct contact with end users and customers
  • Patience to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • You understand our mission and want to help us achieve it
  • You are responsible, accountable and reliable
