We are looking for a reliable and self-driven Swedish native speaker as a Team Leader for the Swedish Operations Team.

YOUR TASKS

  • You manage a team that is responsible for handling and improving operations of hundreds of moves
  • You contribute to the company’s operational processes by supervising customer service and the communication with external partners
  • You manage several operational processes and implement new strategies to improve capacity planning, costs and customer experience
  • You provide customer based insights to the product team to help guide the development process

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are an understanding leader and have the right people management skills
  • You communicate effectively at all levels, are ambitious and highly motivated
  • Ideally, you already have experience in a fast paced startup environment and have strong analytical skills
  • You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently as well as to tight deadlines
  • You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English, German skills are not necessary
