Your Role

  • Managing small credit risk department
  • Support establishing a comprehensive risk data infrastructure
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support credit policy decisions
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis for risk factors and trends
  • Document the company risk management principles, architecture and processes
  • Perform manual risk assessment and decisions (ad-hoc cases)
  • Document the company risk management principles, architecture and processes
  • Establish and maintain on-going risk monitoring reports
  • Support risk models development processes
  • Help enhance the quality of credit applications
  • Make recommendations about procedural/policy changes

Your Skills

  • professional experience in credit scoring/risk management
  • Hands on experience in analyzing large data sets, having strong SQL skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end output
  • Ideally you have a fintech/start-up background and factoring/scoring knowledge
  • fluent in English (German or Polish in a plus)
