Your Role

Are you interested in conceptualizing and planning an outstanding product? Do you like writing stories and working in an agile environment? Pamono is seeking for a passionate Product Manager (f/m), who will take over the Pamono platform. This position is full-time and based at our beautiful office in the heart of Berlin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the product roadmap of Pamono
  • Specifying customer facing solutions together with stakeholders, providing great user experience
  • Managing Product Backlog, writing user stories and defining business values aligned with our KPIs
  • Scheduling and running development sprints together with dev team, QA and UX, driving the team and product forward
  • Being the knowledgeable person for all product related queries
  • Providing transparency to the whole company about progress and planning of features

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software product environment
  • Structured and analytical thinking with data-driven decisions
  • UX-driven projects experience
  • Ability to work with a diverse of stakeholders (internal, external, c-level)
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to deal with complexity in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with a Scrum is a plus
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills in English
