Hotel MSSNGR is seeking a Product Manager to join our product team in Berlin. You’ll identify the highest impact work, prioritize that work, and deliver improvements in a reliable way. Along the way, you’ll partner with colleagues in product design, engineering, customer support to create a healthy, high-achieving product. This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior to iterate on and prioritize features. The successful candidate will be a savvy communicator, understand how to define product priorities, identify and scope A/B experiments and drive concepts from business requirements to launch, support and iteration.

  • Make sure that the development team is constantly doing the right things, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support

Required skills

  • You have at least 1 year experience working as a Product Manager for web
  • based solutions in high performing, cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated customer mind-set with preference for services and mobile

  • Good business judgment, BS/BA required, technical background preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytic skills
  • A passion for travel and hotels is a big plus
