We are looking for an experienced ecommerce Product Owner to lead a platform migration in preparation for scalable customer growth and international roll out. Then further to iterate and build with us the key infrastructure to be able to deliver an exceptional online customer experience at a global scale.

As the Product Owner at Löwenzahn Organics you will:

  • Be responsible for the delivery, migration to and on-going optimisation of the new ecommerce platform to deliver on long term revenue business plan
  • Work directly with the co-founders and stakeholders to lead collection of requirements, write user stories, develop clear specifications and prioritisation
  • Manage backlog and sprint planning with external development, QA and content translation teams to efficiently meet business objectives
  • Define, execute, analyze and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests to find new opportunities to improve platform performance
  • Implement agile principles and approach to create continuous rapid improvement
  • Lead UX and customer research to build out new features and improve the online customer journey
  • Participate and contribute to strategic topics such as the product road map, service design of internal systems, 3rd party integrations etc
  • Report directly to CEO

  • 3+ years as Product Owner for an Ecommerce product
  • Detail oriented and passionate about delivering value for the end customer and internal stakeholders
  • Prior experience with planning and delivery of systems migration, integration of 3rd party services (ie payments, logistics, erp, marketing, crm), QA processes, mobile UX and conversion optimisation
  • Fluent English (business language); German or Mandarin a plus
  • Experience in subscription products and/or multiple market delivery also a bonus
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
