OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel. Your Role

  • You are responsible for the successful onboarding of our partners
  • You are a great project manager you just make it happen fast and professionally
  • You are a reliable and competent first point of contact to all relevant stakeholders within your project
  • You identify and proactively resolve all product related needs by delivering solutions to partners and closely cooperating with other teams at OptioPay
  • You develop a deep understanding of our technical systems and apply this knowledge creatively
  • You design, implement and improve operational processes
  • You create user-friendly system and process documentations for the OptioPay partners in close collaboration with the design, marketing and sales teams
  • You train and consult your internal and external stakeholders in workshops of varying disciplines and experience levels

  • You have profound work experience in managing multiple complex projects in a cross-functional environment
  • You build strong and long lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, always finding the recipients language
  • You are exceptionally organized, prioritize soundly and are solution driven
  • You have near-native German language skills and are fluent in English
