Senior Product Manager // adjust
We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product and project management of the dashboard team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving current workflows and excelling in writing detail-oriented specs for our new features.
In this role, your core focus will be on the prioritization of the entire dashboard backlog. You will be expected to prepare, run, and post-pare agile team meetings that include planning, grooming, and team retrospectives.
In relation to our agile development, you will be expected to maintain the current Kanban process while concurrently keeping an eye out for potential optimization of existing workflows. You will also have an opportunity to implement workflow changes in the team and in the tooling (e.g. Jira administration). With this responsibility, knowledge of other agile methodologies like Scrum and agile techniques like story mapping is a plus.
Another aspect of the daily responsibility will be to coordinate and align with all stakeholders about current development statuses of all features. Working closely with UX, design, developers, account managers, and sales, you will need to engage with key departments to generate specs that are comprehensive and impactful. Ascertaining the MVP and translating outcomes into user stories and acceptance criteria is essential to success. You would also need to evaluate new feature ideas through running in-house user tests with our Senior UX Researcher, wireframing, and generating click dummies.
Our product is complex, thus we will give you time with an extensive onboarding to familiarize yourself with the Adjust dashboard, attribution in general, and all of the feature packages that we offer (Fraud, Audience Builder, …).
Traits we’re looking for: creative thinker, well organized and detailed oriented, product management background in a tech company, Kanban knowledge, Agile lover, IT background is a plus, ability to manage a product with a 10+ person team will be imperative to this role.
