Your responsibilities include
- Manage and optimize existing relationships with our advertisers and publishers
- Research and open new long-term relationships and become a strategic advisor to our partners
- Look out for new commercial opportunities & negotiate tenancy placements for our portfolio
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of our key accounts
- Onboard, adjust and negotiate campaigns to achieve the highest yields possible
We are looking for the following characteristics
- Experience with account management within the digital marketing space is a plus, preferably affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- You are highly driven and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- You are absolutely reliable, motivated, and a good team player
- Good sense of humor and social with strong communication skills
- A high affinity to AdTech would be useful, but not neccessary
- English is a must, German a plus
