We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead (f/m/d) for our office in Berlin!

You will:

  • Own the direct lead acquisition and sales process flow end to end targeting SMEs
  • Build a strategic framework to steer business towards revenue goals
  • Collect user insights and derive a strategy for direct acquisition, define target companies based on strategic criteria
  • Set-up and manage direct lead acquisition channels + KPIs:  direct outreach, outbound operations
  • Own the lead nurturing and sales process
  • Work together closely with the Sales & lifecycle team to onboard acquired leads and optimise the customer experience along the journey
  • Work together with the marketing team to coordinate digital and direct lead acquisition efforts
  • Lead team members and develop them, mostly in sales

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience in setting up direct lead generation targeting SMEs
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Some experience with outbound agencies
  • Leadership experience
