The Market Logic Sales team is looking for a Business Development Associate to work full time in our Berlin-based office. You should be fluent in written and spoken German and English and motivated to pursue a career in sales.

Our sales organization comprises Business Development Associates (BDAs) and Executive Client Partners (ECPs). BDAs reach out to marketing executives in the world’s leading companies to set up appointments for ECPs to qualify, close and farm accounts. As a BDA, your responsibilities are:

  • Call and e-mail senior marketing and research executives to introduce our value proposition
  • Document all activities in Salesforce software
  • Book qualifying appointments with marketing and research executives for our sales force
  • Build awareness and relationships with gatekeepers and executives
  • Continuously learn about marketers’ needs and our solutions
  • Strategize in daily meetings about the best ways to reach our target customer


  • Fluent, flawless German and English
  • Clear desire for a career in sales
  • A valid work permit for Germany
  • Undergraduate BS /BA degree with good marks in your major
  • Proven track record as a high performer (sports, prizes, leadership roles)
  • Good listener and engaging presenter
  • Pragmatic, hands-on attitude and strong executor
