Who we are
We are a product agency based in Berlin and with offices in Warsaw, Wroclaw and London. We help teams at big companies build products like startups. Our clients include AirPlus/Lufthansa, Kayak, Samsung and Wirecard. We’re builders who like to roll up our sleeves. We deliver software, not endless meetings and presentations. We move fast and don’t waste time on things that don’t matter.

You will join YND as a Business Development Manager. Your responsibilities will be to shape YND’s future, from finding our potential new clients, signing deals and partnerships, to implementing business development processes and building a sales team. You will need to take new clients through the entire sales cycle from introduction to closing the deal.
We expect this role to be varied and you will have a significant amount of autonomy. You will work directly with and report to our CEO.
- Prior business development and sales experience in technology or for a consultancy or digital agency
- Understanding and passion for technology and solving problems
- Ability to manage a long sales cycle with high value deals
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written (English required, German a plus)
- Strong presentation skills
- Well connected
- Self-starter: you’re able to get stuff done
- Competitive salary (base pay plus commission)
