Your Position

We are looking for driven and experienced Business Development Manager to support our Berlin office and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of Things) business. You will promote our unique product to international markets. This is a great opportunity to grow personally with a scaling business, in a booming industry.

What you’ll be doing

  • Formalize a Business Development Strategy including the Budget, Forecast and Action Plans
  • Identify Potential Partnerships by mapping the industry ecosystem and doing partner SWOT analysis
  • Create Partnering Proposals by understanding strategic and tactical goals of potential partners
  • Pitch Proposal to the right key decision makers considering influencers in the company
  • Lead contract term negotiations
  • Assemble internal/external resources to support negotiation process
  • Implement and deliver roadmap and timeline for Partnership Implementation by identifying and assembling cross-functional implementation teams
  • Track and report implementation progress with all internal and partner stakeholders

What Experience you’ll need

  • Proven track record of achieving high revenue goals, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive approach with the ability to be hands-on and strategic at the same time
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role including at least
  • Relevant sales methodologies and metrics
  • Working in a start-up or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, negotiation and presentation skills
