Your tasks

  • Maintain brand guidelines for suitable advertisers via RTB and premium programmatic channels
  • Develop a programmatic outreach and communications program with European and German SSPs, ad agencies and independent trading desks
  • Conduct regular evaluations of pricing strategies, identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. GEO optimization, ad placements, waterfall etc.)
  • Develop and grow programmatic direct brand marketing deals via agency trading desks, DSPs, SSPs
  • Prospect, present, negotiate, close and assist with execution of programmatic campaigns (PMPs, etc.)
  • Be point of contact for semi programmatic partners and strategically onboard new partners as needed
  • Provide weekly financial reporting to senior staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Our requirements

  • Experience with programmatic ad exchanges and technologies (buying or selling), data exchanges, ad networks, demand side platforms (DSP), agency trading desks, supply side platforms (SSP) and ad servers (DfP, MoPub, etc.)
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies on the sell- and buy-side of the online media landscape – data collection, verification, real-time bidding, cookie matching and exchanges.
  • Experience with and knowledge of technical aspects of digital media and the digital marketplace, including online and mobile products
  • Understanding of programmatic publisher products (programmatic guaranteed, header bidding, etc.) and DSP technology
  • Good spreadsheet skills and experience handling excel data and third party revenue reporting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment
  • Developed organizational and time management skills
