  • Acquisition of new customers through Inbound calling (no cold calls)
  • Assisting and guiding potential clients with the expert knowledge of our services
  • Meeting the customers needs
  • Generating a high customer retention and succeeding in completing the sale
  • Making sure that the clients’ satisfaction is maintained at a high standard, on a daily basis
  • Administrative tasks


  • You are a natural seller who likes telephonic communication at a fast-pace (experience in Telesales or Customer Service is an advantage)
  • You have a communicative and friendly character
  • Your energetic, motivated and competitive nature helps you to meet your monthly goals
  • You enjoy advising and aim to create a relationship with our potential clients
  • The ability to demonstrate your passion for the job through your telephone manner
  • You are fast in finding solutions, like to take initiative and you keep cool in stressful situations
  • You want to work in a company that you can identify with and in a team which you respect and value
  • Solid MS office knowledge, Salesforce.com is an advantage
  • Your Dutch is on an excellent native level
