Head of Sales Development (m/f) // Productsup

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Head of Sales Development (m/f) to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

In your role, you will grow, lead, and manage a new international Sales Development team of 5+ employees by hiring sales talent, developing revenue opportunities, and winning new clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build up, lead, and train a team of 5+ highly talented Sales Development Representatives
  • Own the Sales Development pipeline, both inbound and outbound
  • Develop well-qualified revenue opportunities across 5 key markets (UK, US, APAC, France & DACH)
  • Implement state of the art SDR techniques and write the Productsup Sales Development playbook
  • Oversee and optimize the use of our SDR tool stack (Hubspot and Salesforce already in place)
  • Meet predefined team quota and define quarterly/annual targets for the team
  • Work hand in hand with Sales and Marketing departments and report directly to the CMO and CSO

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 3+ years of Sales Development experience for a technical product (experience in selling SaaS/ Software solutions preferred)
  • 1+ years of sales leadership experience (e.g. as Head of Sales Development or Account Executive/Manager)
  • Experience with setting up Sales Development processes and implementing best practice outbound & inbound prospecting techniques
  • Solid track record of hitting sales targets and quotas
  • Understanding of the entire sales cycle, funnel math, and metrics analysis
  • Expertise in sales tools, such as CRM, prospecting and research software
  • Excellent written and spoken English
