What Do We do?

HeyJobs is a cutting edge and highly performant talent acquisition platform (TAP). Our marketing automation uses Machine Learning and other sophisticated technology to provide our clients with an easy to use but highly powerful performance marketing & software product. We enable them to reach the right candidates with just one click and hire at scale across multiple platforms. We excel especially in the critical volume hiring segment where we reach both actively looking and passively interested candidates. With our proprietary algorithm that optimises our clients’ budgets on a daily basis, we make sure that they get the most applicants possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach, motivate and manage a driven customer acquisition team to be excited and successful in achieving growth targets
  • Communicate the HeyJobs value proposition with customers and potential proactively, via phone, in-person, via video-conferencing and email
  • Use creative problem solving to identify new areas of growth, and easily substantiate your recommendations with analysis, through effective communication skills
  • Incentivize and champion team ideation and empowerment
  • Take new and unstructured ideas and make them into something that is scalable and ultimately beneficial for the whole HeyJobs sales and marketing organization
  • Be vital strategic collaborator with our Product and Service team members on new feature development and team relevant processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently and idiomatically
  • First proven abilities in leading, motivating and collaborating B2B sales, call-center, business development, customer support or account management teams and/or experience in consulting

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated record in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.
  • Strong analytical background and work
  • High mentoring skills and ability to motivate team members in every circumstance
  • Proven championship in sales and sales team performance, having exceeded other teams and colleagues
  • Great work ethics and drive, going beyond the confinements of their job descriptions
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying careful attention to detail.
  • Interest in online marketing and/or recruiting
