Xara GmbH is a VC-funded startup that is building a SaaS platform for businesses to create, collaborate and control their content. We are a fast growing, international company with a deep background in building innovative, award-winning software products. You are a highly motivated person that wants to launch a career in sales. Then Xara has a fantastic opportunity for you! You will join our team as a Junior B2B Sales Manager for our new SaaS B2B product.
- You present our company and communicate the advantages of our offer
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to the conclusion of the contract
- You develop and maintain your pipeline autonomously and proactively
- Reaching and exceeding weekly and monthly goals
- Conversion of qualified leads into customers
- Gain qualified leads in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
- Define and execute suitable campaigns (phone, email, online)
- Observe the relevant market and competitive environment
- Grow with the tasks!
- Initial experience in enterprise / B2B software sales, as well as in dealing with a CRM system are of course a big advantage, direct entry after graduation or cross-entry also possible
- Hands-On Mentality: You are not afraid of cold calling or cold research in the enterprise / B2B context, nor of directly addressing interested parties at events. Find solutions, not issues
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, independent, structured, efficient way of working
- You are a people person, and like to talk to people.
- You are motivated by the close of a deal.
- Fast-learner driven to action, passionate about sales, customer service and CRM tools.
- Enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, a high level of goal and customer orientation and self-motivation, charming with a friendly persistence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong team player and collaborator
- Excellent written and spoken English, a second language is a plus
