Sales Account Manager – Inside Sales // SnapEngage

SnapEngage is seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team selling at the Small – Midmarket (SMB) level. This is an uncapped commission earning opportunity with significant career growth potential. The Account Manager is a key player primarily responsible for generating new customer revenue from inbound opportunities in a fast-paced, short-sales cycle environment. The position will also expand revenue with upsell opportunities to existing clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Use warm (inbound) leads to develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
  • Drives entire sales process from introduction to close over the phone
  • Understand our solution sales cycle, strategies of competitors, and develop chat industry expertise
  • Qualify leads using our sales process to accurately determine customer requirements
  • Research prospect accounts, identify key players, and position winning strategies
  • Demonstrate SnapEngage Live Chat Software
  • Interface at all levels within the target organization, including senior executives (C-Level)
  • Contact existing customers to upsell
  • Limited prospecting for new business by phone and/or email
  • Provide customer quotes, and close the sale
  • Meet and exceed individual and team quotas
  • Achieve daily call and email metrics
  • Prepare and submit sales activity reports as required
  • Utilize programs such as Gmail, Zoom, Google Docs, HubSpot, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years sales experience – quota driven sales required
  • 2+ years consecutively employed, in a sales role, with a single employer required
  • 1+ years experience selling SaaS solutions required
  • Proven successful track record of quota attainment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience cold calling, high volume, and/or consultative selling required
  • Team player that is a self-starter, and motivated by a challenge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, persistent, goal-oriented nature
  • Native English Speaker – Required
  • Native/Fluent Spanish Speaker – Preferred
